Wifi Signal strength at campground

I am in a motorhome at a campground with free wifi. The signal strength is very weak. What do I need to boost this signal? I cannot get on the roof, so I would prefer something for the inside. I have an iPad and a Mac laptop with Maverick operating system that it needs to be compatible with.

Tell the campground to upgrade their router.
Possibly add some repeaters around the campground.
