As a senior citizen, I was dreading a new phone and the associated learning curve. I've now had it one week. The small booklet which came with it isn't that useful, but the people at my carrier have been great! I'm liking the new phone features (symbols on the main keyboard which only require a pause on the related letter, and ease of sorting pics, for example). The speed is good, and I like the time and temperature always visable on the screen.
Wish the phone came with a better book so I could learn about all of the features independently.

Wash tall bottles in the lower or upper rack of this GE built-in dishwasher. The tall tub of this appliance lets four dedicated jets push water into hard-to-reach areas of the top rack for a clean finish. This GE built-in dishwasher has a Piranha hard-food disposer to mash up large food particles that might otherwise clog the washing arms.

Finally a dishwasher that truly cleans and dries the dishes! Bought this GE because it was the only one on the floor, and my 8 yr. old Elite started leaking just before we were to put our house on the market. Glad we did, and wish I had one in our new house instead of a Bosch. Only drawback I've found is loading cereal bowls and salad plates (have not yet gone online to look at product manual, only place to see it).

This model of the Waste King Legend Series is a great disposal. It grinds my garbage quickly and well, even banana peels. It is not whisper quiet, but two people can easily have a conversation while the disposal is running. This was a great value, priced much less than the Insinkerator Badger which it replaced (and does a much better job ).

My Kitchenaid mixer is in storage and I have not yet had an opportunity to use the ice cream maker. This is the why I can not give the unit a rating other than "average ". However, I have had my mixer for twenty plus years with absolutely no problems so I assume that the ice cream maker will be reliable as well.

I have purchased and returned several different brands of wine frigs, (including the Whynter Elite 17). Finally have a cooler which keeps the two zones about 10° apart for a reasonable price. It is a good size for us and runs quietly. 17 bottles is pushing it; 15 or 16 is tops.
