Way better than my Fire TV stick

I have had both this and a Amazon Fire TV stick and I find this to be considerably better. I cannot really tell a difference in picture/sound quality but enjoy this more for the simplicity of its interface and additional apps that I would have had to have side loaded onto my Fire TV stick. Plus you can still get your Prime videos on the Roku. Boots up quickly and runs smooth. No issues whatsoever.

Great starter kit

This has been a great jumping off point for my automated home lighting. The wife and I find ourselves using certain lamps far more often now that we have these. While it cannot do color it does have the different white options that give you some customization apart from dimming. The ability to turn these on and off when we're away from home is always nice too.

Don't bother with the negative reviews

I frankly don't understand most of the negative reviews. This doorbell has worked great since day 1. I plugged it in and set it up and it almost immediately installed a new version of the firmware (the old version is apparently the cause of most people's issues). It connected to my 5G home network without any issues and there is practically no delay from when the button is pressed to when the app on my S7 let's me know someone is at the door or there is motion. On the first day alone it notified me of motion on my front porch (I was at work) when both the UPS and USPS drivers dropped off packages as they were still there. I had to adjust the motion zones so that it didn't pick up cars driving by but so far it has worked flawlessly. I wanted to get the original Ring but am glad I waited for the smaller, more aesthetically pleasing form factor of the pro version. I guess my only word of caution would be to those that have newer digital doorbells that don't already have a 16V transformer powering them. The doorbell is not compatible with every doorbell chime and it would be worth your while to make sure yours is or you will be returning it to the store. My sister in law has one of these and after seeing it my wife was always insisting that we get one. I never saw the need until I broke down and decided to get it as a gift. Funny thing is I use it now more than she does. I initially tried it on an inexpensive rug that had become soiled from daily foot traffic. I had tried cleaning it with a Rug Doctor but had little success. I used this to spot treat old stains (approximately 6 moths old) and it took them out with ease. Rug looks great. My only recommendation would be to look through the top of the clear spray/suction piece for the amount of cleaning solution that is being sucked up. I always make sure that I do multiple passes and that the spot is as dry as possible(no more solution visibly being sucked up). The first time you empty the dirty water container you will know it is doing its job.
