bought two of these one for my daughter and one for the other half.
installation was a breeze, one on a Vizio TV and the other on a Panasonic. the sound is great and bass and treble are adjustable.
My other half is hearing impaired and this did just the trick so she can hear tv again.

bought this amp for my daughter, it is running two 12" kicker sub woofers, with no problems and sounds great, I'm not into a lot of base but they put just the right amount of extra kick, and are adjustable, for when the old man is not in the car. I would definitly suggest them.
