Excellent AC replacement

I bought this router to replace my Asus RT-N66R and it has been excellent. I really enjoy the eSATA connection to attach a HDD which I've been using for backups and serving media to all my devices. It's also really FAST! The LAN throughput is incredible and the AC speed is excellent. I haven't owned it for very long but temps seem reasonable under heavy load and the range is great.

The top back portion of my 19" insignia tv gets hot. Is my unit defective? Or is this normal?
Mine gets warm but cools down when it's off. If it gets hot to the touch there is probably something wrong with it.
