I have a first gen Braven bluetooth speaker. It actually does have an 18 hour battery life. I have used it at work and it will run through 2 full shifts before it needs to be charged. There are better sounding bluetooth speakers for twice the price, but their battery life is maybe 5 hours. The sound on the Balance is much better than the first gen Braven I have. There are bass speakers on both ends of the Balance. The shape is better than the cylinder shaped ones because it won't roll off the seat in the car or boat. The silicone body helps it stick in one spot. What I really like to use this speaker for besides music is when I am using my phone in the car as my GPS, I use the speaker so I can hear the GPS. It works really well for this purpose.
The only drawback I've found so far is that it doesn't have an easy carry case. I have not had occasion to test the water resistance of this speaker so I cannot speak to that.

I missed this one at the theater. After watching it on Blu ray I wish I had seen it at the theater. This movie can be confusing because it puts the theories of Carl Sagan, Stephen Hawking, Einstein and others, into visual form.

Yes the drawers hold two different sizes of paper. The drawer will close with 8.5x11. The 11x17.paper sticks out.
