Went into my usual store looking for a new printer. Old HP works fine but I could no longer print from my iPhone. The Epson salesman recommended this model. Good price and the ink cartridges were as well. They were out of stock so I paid and they had one shipped. Arrived in 2 days. Opened it up and setup is a nightmare. Not user friendly AT ALL!! All these arrow buttons on the menu which is not a touch screen. Pain in the butt! Got my wifi connected no problem. Printed a test print, no problem. Went to print from my phone and error! Screen says "paper out in cassette 2". Fine! Go to settings and changed default tray to 1. This is where the issues are. Technically there is no "enter" button. Just an "ok" which takes you to other options YOU DO NOT WANT! So you press the back button WHICH DOES NOT SAVE WHAT YOU'VE JUST CHANGED! If you have nothing better to do with your time then to mess with this pathetic thing, then by all means, buy it! THIS IS GOING BACK AND I'M GETTING ANOTHER HP. I will pay the extra money NOT TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS NONSENSE. I'm pretty tech savvy and have never had any issues setting up other printers. Good luck! Maybe I just got a dud?!
