The phone is great

Verified Purchase:Yes

The sales lady sold me a Verizon phone instead of the unlocked phone I requested and swore it would work on my carrier, cricket wireless, and it didn't.
I then had to take time out of my work day to return it and I asked the guy at customer service if they had any unlocked phones in stock and was told no so I had it credited back to my account.
I then went back to the Samsung area and looked for something else and talked to the sales girl who then showed me a whole case of unlocked Samsung S7 phones.
Really Best buy?
