Fast, powerful, great screen and sound

I bought three of these last year and all had to be returned for defective issues. I searched for another computer with this much power, memory and screen size but I couldn't find anything in this price range so I decided to give it another try . I was hoping that almost a year later, HP would have the defects under control. So far, I'm very happy with this one after using it for a month..
It's powerful and loads fast and so far, no problems with anything I've loaded on. The picture quality on the large screen is great. The sound system for a laptop, is excellent. The Bang & Olufsen sound is much better than expected. I also like the back lighting on the keyboard and it's easy to turn it on and off as needed. The keyboard touch is also nice. I don't use the touch screen often but it has been useful a few times.
It came loaded with Windows 10 so I would caution anyone to not accept the automatic registration process and do it manually because it will track and keep all your information including contacts and files. Very Orwellian and a bit disturbing. Search for Windows Privacy before starting so you can read up on what not to accept..
Another caution, windows 10 automatically updates other computers connected to the network if you don't turn that function off. I had to do a restore on an older computer before I realized this.
Overall, I am really pleased with this and would recommend it.
Cons. I wish it had more ports

Works great but doesn't provide as many charges

I charged it as soon as I purchased it, however, I didn't get to use for another two or three weeks. I was able to get 1 1/2 charges on my phone with that first initial charge. I figured I got less charges because the initial charge probably wore down after a couples of weeks. So I let my phone battery run all the way down and used the PNY with a fresh charge and I only got 2 charges out of it. So that was disappointing .
Other than not getting the 3X that they claim, it works great. It charges fast, it charges the phone fast and you can use your phone while it is charging. It is a little bulky but if it gave me the 3X it was suppose to, the bulk would have been worth it. I was impressed that I was able to get 1 1/2 charges to my phone weeks after the initial charge to the PNY. If I got 3x like they claim, I would have rated it a 5.
