Ridiculously comfortable headset

My life revolves around the computer, whether I'm playing a video game, making a phone call, listening to music or watching a movie, I'm most likely doing it from a computer. With that being said, I need to have a way to listen to and speak to others when needed and that's where the Arctis 7 Wireless DTS 7.1 Surround Gaming Headset by SteelSeries comes into play. The design of the headset is rather unique in that instead of an adjustable plastic piece which can break after many adjustments, the Arctis 7 uses an adjustable headband to increase or decrease the height of the headset. At first when I saw this headband, I was thinking why would you put that on a headset like this, but after using it for sometime and getting use to it, it all made sense.
The best feature about this headset (in my honest opinion) is the ear cushions. These things are SUPER comfortable. Now a days, whether I am working or playing video games I tend to do it for hours on end. These ear cushions on the Arctis 7 are so comfortable, that they make using them for extended periods of time so easy. Both the sound quality and microphone quality are great. I have no problem listening to or speaking to others whether its on applications such as Skype, Discord, TeamSpeak, in-game voice chat, and other communication platforms.
Overall, a GREAT headset for gamers or anyone looking for a comfortable headset that they can use for hours on end without feeling uncomfortable, especially around the ears. Great audio quality will ensure that you can hear whatever you're listening to as crisp and clear as possible.

No frills and all it takes is a computer with any open USB port, plug it in, wait for the computer to recognize and you can now connect to Wi-Fi access points on both the 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz bands. Doesn't get easier then that.

Bought this wireless speaker after the older version of this speaker's charger port broke. Without a doubt, the Jam brand of wireless speakers are awesome. Even more so now with the touch based buttons, versus having physical buttons on the front like the older version.
Sounds great and it is easy to pair with and use. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a decently priced wireless Bluetooth speaker.

It just works and it sounds great

Prior to buying this headset, I tried another headset and I was just not satisfied with it. After looking for a while, I came across this headset from Turtle Beach. I'm glad that I found it and I have enjoyed it without much trouble since purchase.
The detachable mic is easy to work with, even though it did take a bit to get use to. The sound quality is superb and the headset gives you quite a bit of control over how you want to hear the sound.
The battery lasts for quite some time and the headset even works when you're charging it. The only problem is that the charging cable is a bit short, so you might want to get an extension USB cable. When the headset is on, you will see a white LED in the Turtle Beach logo on both sides of the headset when it is on. So it's obvious that your headset is on.
There is an auto shutdown function that will turn the headset off after a bit of inactivity. Which is nice if you have to leave your desk in a hurry for whatever reason.
Overall it is a solid headset for both gaming and casual usage. I would definitely recommend this headset and Turtle Beach in general as a good brand.

Easy and Straight Forward to Setup

We needed to purchase a WiFi extender for our house because we were having spotty signal near the back side. After purchasing this extender and using the web-based setup process, we got the extender up and running in no time. Even though the process states to not use the same name as your primary WiFi router, we went ahead and used it anyways. Works like a charm and now we can roam around the house and hop between the WiFi router and extender depending on where we are in the house. No dropped or weak WiFi signals.

Do these work wireless through USB? If so, can these headphones work on my TV via USB port?
Yes, the headset uses a USB receiver to wireless connect the headset to a PC or applicable game console. Just because I was curious, I tried this out of two TV's in the house. One was a Hisense Smart TV and the other a Samsung (not sure if it is a Smart TV). I could not get the audio to go through the USB receiver and over to the headset. So the answer based on what I was able to test is no, they will not work to route audio from a TV to the headset.

Is this better than the Arctis 5? Like what is the difference between the 7's & the 5's? I'm trying to buy one but cannot make up my mind on which one will be better for gaming or to use as actual headphones when i watch a movie on my phone, Xbox, or PC
The major differences between the Arctis 5 and the Arctis 7 is that the Arctis 7 does not have the Prism RGB Illumination that the Arctis 5 has and the Arctis 7 provides a Wireless connection via a USB receiver, which the Arctis 5 used a hard wired USB connection. The both make use of the AirWeave Ear Cushions which is SUPER comfortable for extended periods of use. I have the Arctis 7 and use them every single day and I have no trouble using them for everything. From making phone calls to watching movies to playing video games.
Like I said before, the major difference (besides the price) is that the Arctis 7 does not have the Prism RGB Illumination and the Arctis 7 is a wireless headset that connects via a USB receiver. I hope this helps.
