He came into the home, attached the correct cords and started downloading game while spending 20 minutes texting his friends. Did not provide any insight that would help me learn to use the device at all. Just stated "do this, then this ..." and figured I knew what this was. When asked to help me learn it he answered "if you have ten year old grandkids, they will know!"
Except for the right plugs in the right place - he was useless!

Grandkids loved it - Geek Squad unhelpful!

A great purchase that helped the grandkids find things to do when time was available between other activities. It took the grandkids to help grandpa learn how to use it! The Geek squad was not helpful at all when wanting to learn how to use it!
