Shawn was very friendly and seemed to know what he was doing.
When he ran into something he wasn't sure about, he knew who to contact to get it taken care of quickly.
A day after the set up was completed, we were having a few problems. We were able to call Shawn on his cell phone and he showed up again and got it taken care of right away.

Love the Larger Screen

My iPhone 6 started having some bad problems after I dropped it. I decided to replace it before it quit working.
The cost to go from the 6 to the 7 plus wasn't much, so I went with the 7 plus.
The transfer of everything was quick and easy & it didn't take long to adjust to the larger size.
It's so much easier to read and do things on the plus size.
I will never to back to the smaller size.
The only thing I'm having a hard time getting used to is the home button function feels different.
The cost to go from the 6 to the 7 plus wasn't much, so I went with the 7 plus.

Great Sound

We already had a Pioneer receiver, but it was starting to have problems. Instead of spending money to repair, we purchased a new upgraded Pioneer receiver.
Geek squad set it up which was awesome.
It has awesome sound and functions. We can now enjoy our movies with great surround sound again. Didn't realize how much I missed it until we got it back.

Nice Size and Look for Our Den

We purchased the 3 straight theater chairs to replace a leather sofa in our den.
They are a little longer than the sofa, but still fit ok.
The seat is very stiff, but hopefully, will break in over time.
They were fairly easy to assemble and look very nice.
I wish the premium leather was a little softer, it feels more like vinyl.
They sit up high, so your feet don't touch the ground while sitting, you have to recline to give you legs a break from dangling.
The table trays don't sit straight, but slant towards the back of the tray.
The covered slot in the arm rests to store remotes is just a big deep hole on all except for one.
I like the way they recline still leaving room to walk behind them.
The cup holders are nice, but aren't removable for cleaning if something gets spilled.
Over all, we like them, but there is room for improvement on the design.
