Do the pictures look nice on high and ultra settings. For example on overwatch if i had it on ultra settings would it look real nice

No it does not look that great it is only 1080 HD. If you want OverWatch to look good get yourself a 4k monitor or even a 2K monitor at a high refresh rate. Trust me brother

Is a gtx 1060 good enough to be compatible with this moniter?

A GTX 1060 is almost too good for this stupid little monitor!! With your graphics card you could be pushing 120 frames a second.., this thing only goes up to 60 frames a second!! Take your money and look elsewhere you do not want this.
