The Amazon Echo has been an amazing and also somewhat frustrating experience. The convenience it brings with timers, turning on connected lights, playing music, and just corny jokes is amazing. I love this machine but it also does become a little frustrating when it doesn't work immediately. In the time I've had it, it has mostly worked on the first try but there are definitely days when the lights won't all turn on when asked. Sometimes it takes a long time for Alexa to respond to the commands (Could be an internet issue, but still detracts from the experience). All in all, it is an awesome device and I have enjoyed it immensely.

Great concept but horrible quality control

I have done a lot of research online to find myself the best possible laptop I could for my purposes, which are mainly to get work done (Excel mainly) and entertainment (Netflix/Youtube/surfing). This 2 in 1 is such a great concept and has had loads of positive reviews billing it as the "best 2 in 1 ultraportable on the market". This may be true in concept with all of the bells and whistles like a very nice 1080p screen, 2 Thunderbolt 3 ports, light, battery life, and build quality. The issue is that in when you buy the machine and bring it home, there are bound to be issues with it especially if you are as picky with technology as I am. I had exchanged this unit directly with Best Buy 3 times and I even bought it directly from HP because they state that being "customized and built directly by HP will have all the newest engineering changes". This turned out to be just as flawed as I have run into the following issues: Dead pixels, loose trackpad, loud buzzing high pitched fan, and more dead pixels. This is unacceptable for a product of this price level. The "premium" Spectre Laptop line by HP is not built to premium standards.
If you aren't picky like me and can overlook a dead pixel here or there, or a loose trackpad, then this really is the best laptop you can get in its price range. But don't expect the 10 or so hours battery life they promise. It's closer to 6 hours in normal usage (mostly web browsing).

As a basic HDD for my desktop, all I really have to say is that it worked as intended and expanded my storage capacity by a lot. It was easy to install but make sure you have your own SATA cable and power connector.

I was looking into a vacuum to help me clean up the upstairs room of my house. I will first be upfront by saying I do not vacuum very often and so I was looking to find a robotic vacuum to help me clean up. I was amazed by the amount of dust and dirt that the Botvac picked up. I ran it 3 times in 3 days when I first bought the Botvac and each time it filled up the bin. A few times, the Botvac did get stuck when travelling between rooms. Also, make sure you keep track of the bristles especially if you are using it to clean carpets because the carpet fibers and hair will get caught in it.
