Clearly view your favorite movies or look at photos using this Lenovo G50 - 80E30181US laptop, which features a 15.6" display that offers visuals in high-definition. A 500GB hard drive provides serviceable storage for your files.
Can you change the batteries to make it last longer?
Can you change the batteries to make it last longer? I just think 4-5 hours is not that much.
1. try running only the programs that you need to run & close programs whenever not using
2. Go into start up and the various program setting & set them not to run at start up.
3. If you use energy monitor make sure battery is not set to conserve, because on conserve the battery will only charge to about 70%.
4. set you laptop to go to sleep if inactive for 5 minutes when running on battery. This way if you have to leave it for longer than expected you won't waste battery
5. finally I'm not sure if this will work, but whenever possible don't plug in your laptop until your battery is almost dead. On some rechargeable batteries it gives you a little more of a charge. This works on standard batteries like AAs, but it may work on laptop. Just if you try make sure you have your charger read when needed.
