Sounds Great But Problems Right Away

Purchased 2 for my backyard. Easy to hook up and pair. Great sound. I realized after about 2 weeks that 1 was not charging correctly. Red charging light never turned off even after 3 days charging and when disconnected from charger, battery lasted about 10 min. Unfortunatly Best Buy has a 15 day return policy so after 32 days I was not able to return and had to work with the manufacture. Filed a RMA request with ION and paid $12.00 for shipping (very heavy rock) stay tuned....
A little irked. This is obviously a defect and the hassle and extra $12 for a NEW speaker that should give me years of sound SUCKS !!!!!
