At first, when I was in the store listening to all of the different phones, I was unsure because the displays didn't show that there was any difference in the sounds between all of the phones. So, I took a chance & purchased this set of surround the ear head phones. I like to be able to hear all of the instruments because I am a musician & have been for a lifetime. When I got home & put them on & started the music, it was like this great gift of plush, full, & distinct sounds. My face had this huge smile on it, & I knew, instantly, that this is what I had been looking for. The bass was deep & rich, the highs were so high & clear. I don't know how Bose does it, but they make this huge & wonderful sound come out of these little speakers. Great Headphones!!!

Bose QC 15 vs. Beats Executives
I have done my homework on these two remarkable headphones. I have never used Bose before (just demoed them @ a local Best Buy). I like the QC noise cancelling, but I don't know if they will provide enough of the good low-end sounds that any music listener wants.
However, I am a frequent Beats user. I have a pair of Solo HD's. I'm not too pleased with how much overpowering bass there is. I'm always adjusting the EQ to "Bass Reducer." I like the styling of the Executives over the QC 15s, but I don't want the bass to be overpowering like other Beats products. Which one is a better value for the money, under my preferences?

If you want real rich, full quality sound with deep, but not overpowering, sound, then you should buy the Bose QC 15's. The Bose headphones are a better headphone, & you don't really want to lose your hearing by listening to the other brand.

how easy is it to aweat n mess up qc15
i was wondering if i use these things sitting round the house but i sweat outside n im afraid this will mess up the headphones.Just a little sweaty
Don't use them for running. You can get a pair of cheap phones for that. Save these for times when you really want to enjoy premium, quality sound.

What is the longevity of the QC15s ?
Should I buy some cheaper headphones for routine daily TV use, and save my QC15s for air travel and times when I really need noise cancelling ? How long will they or are they expected to last?
If you take good care of your phones they will last a very long time. Keep them clean, in a safe case, & change the battery when they start to "cut out" & you will have years of music enjoyment.

My Bose QuietComfort 15 Headphones keep cutting off and on while listening to music.
My Bose QuietComfort 15 Headphones keep cutting off and on while listening to music. It did it a few times a couple weeks ago, and now it does it all the time. Do you have any idea what could be causing this? I bought the headphones less than three months ago, and I only use them twice a week. Do they have a battery that could be going bad? I am at a loss.
These headphones start "cutting in & out" when the battery is losing it's power. Change the battery & that will fix your problem.

Are they good for gaming?
These headphones are the best headphones, in their price grouping, that you can get. The sound is clear & crisp, with a deep base, & full rich sound. If that appeals to you, then I expect you would like them.

Which one is the better:Mixr or Quietconfort 15
Hello friends, then seguinte.Sou is passionate about electronic music Mainly trance.Porem Also would like a phone que isolace the sound to much as a earphone.Me said the mixr and better than the Bose in terms of the beat but in isolation is Bose the best. where can I find the communications kit for this

These headphones were developed for use with the Apple iPhone, and can only be used to work, in the same way they were meant to with the Apple iPhone, if your particular phone is compatible with these headphones. Saying that, you will be able to use these headphones with your Samsung phone; however, the inline volume control may not respond the same way they would if used with the Apple iPhone. These headphones work with a PC, & can be adjusted for volume by the volume control on a PC; and so, they may very well be able to be used the way you would like for them to work by adjusting the volume on your phone.

Will these work with Samsumg S3 to make/receive phone calls.
I see that volume control may not work, but will the basic function of receive and talk work through the integrated mic?
Yes, if there is a portal for plugging in head or earphones, then you'll be able to hear when you get a phone call. It's the same when they are plugged into a PC, if you are listening to music & you decide to watch a video, the music stops & then the video is audible.
