Though I bought this as a gift for my friend whose name is Joanne, I have little doubt that this album is very good. Lady Gaga is really coming into her own these days, and she is gifted with a solid singing voice, ala Cristina Aguilera. She's hot now after her Super Bowl '17 halftime show, which I thought was great (music and choreography) and tasteful for a change. She showed some skin but not anything too distasteful.

A Decent Remake of The Great Gatsby

Leonardo DiCaprio had big shoes to fill when he took the title role for a movie remake that was masterfully acted by Robert Redford. If Redford's performance was understated, then DiCaprio's was over the top. Though I'm not sure either actor was able to successfully portray the tragic character created by F. Scott Fitzgerald. This movie was like the original but on steroids when it came to sets, costumes and acting. Parts of the movie were more entertaining and definitely more eye candy than the original, especially for those who enjoy period pieces.

What's great about it: Period costumes, glamorous movie sets, and bringing a literary classic to a new generation
What's not so great: Most everything was overstated and over acted

Be Alert When You Watch This Movie!

Whenever I discuss this movie with others who haven't seen it before, I tell them, "Make sure you're wide awake and paying close attention when watching this movie. Otherwise you'll be completely lost in trying to follow the story line. The main characters navigate a series of subconscious "layers" that defy normal human dimensions. So if you pay attention, you should be able to sort out what's real and what's not about the story/plot line and find it to be a decent psychological thriller.

A great blend of the classic Star Wars movies (Episodes IV, V & VI) and this fresh new episode, with some old favorite characters (Chewy, R2-D2, Han and Leia) and new characters. This one still can't beat Episodes IV, V and VI, but it's better than the emotionless Episodes I, II and III. Plus, what's not to love with the digital copy?!

I'm a big kid when it comes to Disney movies, and I was thrilled that Disney released Snow White in BluRay and Digital HD. I love being able to download my Disney movies to my iPad and play them when I'm away from home/on vacation. Snow White is a classic and a must-have for Disney movie fans. Remember that these movies will eventually end up back in the Disney vault and won't come out again for several years, so don't wait too long to get your copy of Snow White.

I received this case free with purchase of the Bose SoundLink Color (limited time offer). Probably wouldn't have spent the money on it if it wasn't free, though. The fit is VERY tight (stretchable neoprene fits the speaker like a tight glove) and takes a bit of effort to fit it in. The case would have been more useful if it had a side pocket/compartment to store the speaker's power cord/charger. I do take my speaker when I travel, so it does a decent job of giving the speaker some cushioned protection.

This is a good combination of great sound you'd expect from a Bose product and good value for the price ($129.99). I listened to several speakers in Best Buy's store and read lots of reviews before settling on this model--then I had to choose a color! (I picked red because one cannot have too much color in their life, and rarely do you get to choose!) Bluetooth pairing with one or more devices is smooth and easy. The sound is rich and volume is plenty loud enough when I need it. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was that the speaker does not have skip forward/back buttons (you have to do this from your device). This wasn't a deal breaker for me, though.
