Card works well with Windows 7 and 10, has optical jack.
Setup is difficult, you need to cancel the widows drivers or remove them.

Compatibility with Win 10

I had Win 10 check my computer for compatibility today and it so I was NOT compatible because of my graphics card. I have NVIDIA GeForce 6150Se nForce430 as my card. Research says it is low end card. My computer is about 7-8 years old. I am 80 years old. It is an Acer model AX1420G-U5832. can someone tell me where I can buy something that would be compatible? My wife's computer has a GMA 3100 card and IS compatible with Win 10.

Not for laptops, desktops only.

Is that an SPDIF out port on the top right corner, and if so does the card come with a cable to connect that to a video card?

I have a GeForce 9800 GTX with SPDIF in, so I can use audio over HDMI/DVI. I'd like to know if the sound card supports this, and if it does, I'd like to know if the cable is included or if I'll have to track one down separately. (If I have to track one down separately, please let me know if I can buy one from you at the same time I buy the card.)
