Chromecast is a useful and very affordable TV streaming dongle if you do a lot of playing Netflix movies. I rarely use it to do any other "Casting," but I could see its potential usefulness. Buy it when it goes on sale for around $25 -- you've got nothing to lose. There is a significant lag when you Cast Netflix, though, but this is what you get from Internet streamers.

The Amazon Fire TV Stick is a solid product with everything you need to set it up and control it (the TV stick, power adapter, HDMI extender cable, remote control even!), but I think it's limited in the uses and viewing options available. Nice product, easy to set up, but waiting for more uses for it.

The Fitbit One works well -- it's easy to set up, easy to use, and fun to use. It gives me timely and useful feedback to keep me on track to do at least 10,000 steps per day (it's easier to do 10,000 steps per day than I would have thought!). I don't want to wear anything around my wrist, so I got the clip model Fitbit that I can clip onto the inside of my pant pocket. The downside is that a jacket/shirt/sweatshirt can accidentally tug on the Fitbit One and potentially dislodge it, so keep your eye on your Fitbit One!

I remember watching this movie as a kid and thinking how creepy it was -- very interesting take on the future of robots and how we'll interact with them. What could possibly go wrong, right?
Watching it now, it's campy but still very entertaining. And, it's on Blu-ray!
