Bummer, huge waste

I was excited to finally step outside if the Apple and Samsung boxes and tree tree try something new! The camera specs were amazing, the screen was a bit much, but it looked amazing so I quickly got over it. Then the guy that sold it to me said they didn't carry cases for the Xperia Ultra and everything went downhill from there. It was really difficult to find accessories that I liked for this phone, was never sure if I could fast charge it or not, couldn't find screen protectors to fit the screen (which ended up being the Achilles heel that brought mine down), and got little help from best buy when I inquired about some apps or accessories made specifically for Sony phones so I could really get the full experience. Needless to say, I never did, and ended up returning to the best buy that I had to travel 6 hours to, with a cracked screen. Which brings up the most infuriating part of all of this! The selling point for the geek squad protection plan was that if I broke my phone, I could come back in with it any time and they would take the broken one and give me a brand new one off the shelf right then, my brother can attest to that having been said as he was standing right there as well. When I took my broken phone in 14 days to the day later, the geek squad guy straight up laughed at me, saying they hear that a lot, but they can't do that. So I asked what can I do to have you guys take this phone back from me so I no longer have to do business with you? After he laughed again and said something snotty I turned and walked off. Needless to say, I won't be stepping outside the box again any time soon, and can thank Lynnwood, WA Best Buy for that! Such a horrible experience!!!
