why does the tv-box say the model number un65ju7100fand there is no mention of 3d on the box. I bought this at best buy last week. does it have 3d?
The TV has 3D. You do have to purchase the viewing glasses separately.

Do you need to do anything to the dryer when it is brand new before drying the first load...??
Yes, run one cycle empty so the dryer can "burn" off and out gases from the materials, as these may get into the first load of clothes.
