This could accept 12 bottles of Reisling, but for standard white wine bottles, a maximum of six since the shelves are too shallow. We were first sent a completely different model, badly damaged. The unit we then received had damaged plastic trim around the front glass. It's cheap, and you certainly get no more than you pay for. Avoid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
