Refurbished but not completely.

I received the computer, knowing it would be brand new. I was impressed with the performance after I installed the upgraded memory. The second day I noticed a green cluster pixels at the top of the screen. I would learn the next day they were dead screen pixels. The machine had a one year warranty so if was returned for repairs. I was sent back unrelated as Geek Squad cannot work on this specific machine. I returned the machine and was given a full refund.
