The phone is functioning well, but I regret purchasing a Panasonic model that has a maximum of 60 telephone numbers that can be blocked. The manual isn't very friendly, but calling Panasonic Customer Service made everything a breeze. Just get a model with higher call blocking capacity. Some Panasonic models block up to 250 numbers.

The installation process is hit and miss. I recommend with reservations. Do yourself a favor and actually ask an informed person at Best Buy (I know....) which person they consider to be the most skilled at shield installation. There are actual techniques some have developed! Now wait (or come back to the store) to see THAT person. I had random Geeks installing the shields in filthy environments (lots of dust/debris trapped under the shield,) putting the shields on crooked or just damaging them (scraps on the film that didn't heal) during the installation process. The upside is if Best Buy messes up the installation, you can insist they get it right. If YOU mess up the installation you're just out of luck.

I love this tablet! I love being able to SEE! It does not feel like the monstrosity some describe-- it's not 'light,' but any concerns with weight disappear with its ease of use and performance. My only complaint is that because of it's odd size, accessories are limited. If you have the opportunity to splurge on the Note Pro 12.2, don't hesitate!

Have had this Incase slider case over a year and it stills looks and wears great! Purchased after returning a 'Platinum Series' case that was similar in color and texture, but nearly IMPOSSIBLE get open when you need to get at the phone battery, etc.. Great case, but issue after 6 mos gentle use

This would be a great case for the few there are to to choose among, but for $70+ I expect zero issues after 6 months of gentle use. They did a sloppy/lazy job attaching the two bar magnets that hold the case shut. The magnets themselves aren't glued in the unit securely, and then a rubbery tab is glued on top of the magnets to seal them in. Eventually the magnets fall out. Most often, they land near the opening they fell out of because the gooey tape-like glue used to adhere the rubber sticks to something nearby. If the goo happens to catch onto the synthetic exterior of the case itself, it leaves a nasty residue that damages the appearance. If the magnets don't actually fall out, the rubbery tab covering starts to slide around. The goo underneath transfers to EVERYTHING. This is most definitely a manufacturing issue. I contacted Belkin under warranty, and they sent a replacement with a botched up stitching job. I returned the new botched one back to Belkin (another $10 at my expense) and just repaired the original myself. Don't get me wrong, the case performs and I like the case itself. I just resent having paid top dollar to be experiencing cosmetic damage (and potentially tablet damage) because of manufacturing flaws after less than 6 months of use.

Yes! This tablet comes with an S Pen that rests within the tablet's construction until you slide the pen out to use it. After use, the pen slips right back inside the tablet.

Access for the S Pen on a Note Pro 12.2
Can you get at the S Pen when a NotePro 12.2 is used with this case, or do you have to release the corner of the tablet to get at it?
Yes! The case is designed for the S Pen to be removed (and put back) without having to release the tablet from the case itself.
