HDMI cables are a necessary evil. You need them for any decent system but they're so **** expensive! I'll only buy them on sale, as paying full retail at any brick & mortar store for cables is outright robbery. Additionally, be cautious of cheap cables that are not "true" HDMI. That said, this is a full-function HDMI cable that's made well.
What's great about it: it works fine
What's not so great: overpriced, as most cables are
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you have above average audio equipment then do your system justice by going optical whenever possible. But if you own a sub-par receiver, speakers, or running audio through your TV...don't bother.
