They sound great and integrated well with my apple devices. As to the look, I'm still getting used to little antennae look of them.
I've misplaced one of them once and was able to find them using the find my device service. The beeping lead me to under my driver's seat in my car.

Soft outside - hard inner shell

The case is an OK design with a hard inner case and separate soft cushioned outer case.
The bottom part of the case that covers the charger and speakers could be better designed. It works but there is no structure and it is a little flimsy. Otherwise, I'm sure I'll get a reasonable protection and usage from it.

Replaced an old LG and needed a dimensional match

My old LG died (over 10 years old) and the repair cost just wasn't worth it compared to a new unit. Our cabinets required a match on the dimensions of the washer and this one was perfect.
We were also looking for steam features on the new unit to keep clothes fresh.
An interesting surprise is at the end of the wash cycle a cool tune is played. After some hunting I found a YouTube recording of it:

Real world usage has been descent. about 2 days battery life, so just put it on the charger over night. Phone calls are clear and works for hands free calling.
