Well, I was pretty excited because this all in one was on sale, but when I got home and took everything out of the box, I couldn't believe that the unit wouldn't work. Call Customer Support and I was doing everything right on my side. Call the store the next morning and they didn't have another one in stock, finally found another unit at a another Best Buy, picking It up today, I hope it works, I will let you know.

It does the job, but don't expect a Keurig

Over-All it's a great idea, instead of having two coffee machines, you have one that does the job. A side for a large pot of coffee and a side for the individual cup, what a great idea. It does have a few great features, such as clock, timer to wake up to coffee, fits the keurig pods and you can use your own coffee with the included filter/pod. I really don't like a few aspects, including: You can't fill up the water container, you only can put x amount depending on what your using: 10oz for keurig pod, 14oz for own coffee pod and something different for pot of coffee.
