i upgraded from the s7. This is a big step. it's pretty sleek, but easily will slip out of hands or shirt pocket if leaning over so I recommend a case definitely for protection (I bought the Supcase Unicorn Beetle...not sure if best buy has it, but I've been using this brand for 4 years and happy). Best buy had the best deal on this phone even though I got it a couple of months after it came out. I've bought my last 3 phones in the last decade from Best Buy and pretty happy with the process. Great phone though, would buy again. Very happy with Samsung & BBY

Nice phone, but requires a case. My screen broke after 3 weeks. Many places cannot repair it yet, and the ones that do charge 350 bucks. Other than that, happy with purchase. Pictures are clearer than iPhone 6s. I had S4 before and missing the voice silencing alarm (Samsung bring it back!) If u are with AT&T, then wait for s7 active.
