The Lunatik Airband is one of the better iPod holders in this configuration. It is versatile (can hold your iPod with or without a case on the device), it is comfortable (the breathable design is very handy when exercising), and it is stylish. Accessing the controls through the protective screen is no problem, either. The only issue I have with it is beyond its control: it is large on your arm. The iPod Touch is just a larger device and doesn't sit as well as the old square Nanos did. But, I can't hold that against this product. All in all, a good buy!

I was able to pick this up on sale for about $14.00, which is an excellent price for a friction mount. I was tired of the suction mount dropping my GPS unit on the dash, so I went out to find one of these. I have yet to have an issue with this moving around on my dash, and it does make transferring my unit between vehicles much easier.

I was replacing the factory installed Infinity speakers in my 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was looking to find a decent 3-way set. These Polk Audio met and exceeded my expectations. Nice, crisp highs along with a thump I was not expecting in the lows. They hold up to plenty of power and sound great even at higher volumes. I would highly recommend these!

Initially, I wasn't as impressed with this installment in the Marvel Universe. Then again, I was never a comics guy so I didn't really know these characters. However, this movie has grown on me the more I've watched it, a testimony to Gunn's development of the various characters and the overall screenwriting. I only wish they didn't feel the need to use so much language and crudeness - the movie still would have been great without it.

The quality is pretty good on these, they feel nice, and the extenders have been pretty handy. Overall, this Envy is superb. The screen is bright, sharp, and with its touch capacity, convenient. With WIndows 8.1, it only takes a few tweaks to have your old style desktop back, more or less. This allows you to acclimate to the Windows 8 UI on your own time and terms.
Performance is great, with the i7 processor and the 12 GB RAM. While have a separate video card would be nice, the amount of RAM makes up for it. What's really great is that even with this performance, overheating has not been a problem for me. I usually use a chillmat for my laptops (I've had some burn up in the past), but I'm not sure it's really necessary with this one (I still use it, to be safe).
There are three USB 3.0 ports (one more wouldn't have hurt, especially given the prices on USB 3.0 hubs) and an HDMI port (no VGA). The only thing that I would have liked to have seen with this model was perhaps an upgrade to a 7200 RPM HDD. Having the USB 3.0 is great, of course, but a chain is only as strong as its weakest link - and the 5400 RPM HDD is the weak link here. Still, you will experience VAST increases in data transfer speeds over the old USB 2.0.
My one serious complaint about this is the size and location of the touchpad. Yes, touchpads always seem to get in the way of typing on the laptop's keyboard, but this one can get rather aggravating. I do have somewhat larger hands (so the fully expanded keyboard is nice), but my palms on the touchpad are constantly bringing up the charms sidebar (because of the functionality of the touchpad) or highlighting huge segments of text that I've been typing - which then disappears because I type fast and its replaced with what I'm typing next. Granted, that's an easy fix (CTRL-Z will be your friend), but it's an annoyance. Most of the time, I'm at my desk at the office or home, where I have external keyboards, but if I'm lounging on the couch or on the road, it becomes a hassle.
Overall, if you're in the market for a new laptop, I would recommend giving this one a long look.
