Works 60% of the time. The 1st one I ordered had to be replaced because it came from a bad batch. Have to play with it for ut to catch and start the car. In the Arizona heat playing with something outdoors for 5 min is not gonna happen. So when it doesn't start I do it the old fashion way.

Yes.. ive had them charge me to install products purchased elsewhere. Its free if purchased from best buy
