Trapt is a decent rock band and this is a decent album. While I enjoy this album, it is nothing super special. This one sounds a little different than the rest, but it is a typical Trapt album. If you're a fan, you'll love it. If you're new to Trapt, it's worth picking up for a listen. I still recommend it.

Nightwish continues to show why they're the best symphonic band ever! The 2 disc Blu-ray set, along with the 2 CDs, captures them beautifully during 2 concerts. While there is a lot of overlap between the shows, the set lists have some variation that adds to the package (the CDs follow the Wembley show only). The Blu-ray extras are worth it as well. Highly recommended!

I have seen a lot of back and forth on whether this is a thrash album or not, or whether the non-thrash songs should be there, etc. This is just simply a really good album and it should be left at that. If you like Metallica's early days, then there are great songs for you. If you like their on-thrash stuff, well there are great songs for you as well! I think it's great that Metallica doesn't limit themselves to just a single genre; for those it bothers, well, get over it!

Overall, this is a great album. Sixx A.M. continues to get better, from the song writing to the playing. It's a great companion album to the Prayers of the Damned, released earlier. They are quickly becoming one of my favorite bands. Motley Whue?!

This live album capture the sound of Disturbed very well. I saw them on this tour and it sounds just like I remember. The Sound of Silence live is definitely a highlight, but all the songs are great. If you can't see Disturbed live, then buy this album!

The Pretty Reckless have really branched out and have created a really diverse album. It begins with a short jazz-styled intro which shifts into a song that sounds like it belongs on an Alice in Chains album! I cannot get that song out of my head. Some songs are stripped down to bare bones. But in all cases, Taylor Momsen's vocals are just great. I like her grittier sound on the previous albums, but she really shows how well she can sing on this one. And the guitar sounds are great as well. I think this has become my favorite TPR album!

I really like this album, as well as Alter Bridge as a whole. The first half of the album is really strong, including the first song. The second half of the album flags a bit, which is why I gave it 4 stars rather than 5. But it's still solid and I would definitely recommend it!
