French and Counter-Depth not a good combination

For me, the main selling point for French style was the ability to fit big items in the fridge & freezer, e.g. a pizza box.
Unfortunately, the shallow depth of the Counter-Depth (& the compressor in the bottom back) means that the biggest pizza box I can fit in the freezer is SMALLER than my previous side-by-side.
Needless to say, I returned this and got the side-by-side model.
On a side note, while I like Samsung's actual appliances, buyer beware: their customer service is practically non-existent.
