I love playing Left 4 Dead 1 and 2. Dying Light is a fun zombie game but more complex. You have to keep repairing your weapons (something you don't have to do in L4D) which is a drag, but still a lot of fun.

Can this automatically save my recordings from my 8 channel DVR or do i need a certain software?
No. Most DVRs have a USB input that you can connect the WD My Passport to. Understand that this is a "backup" drive and you will be able to copy recordings from your DVR to the My Passport. I don't believe an external hard drive connected to any DVR can be treated as the "primary" drive for direct recordings.
