Good phone for the money

I used a Samsung Note 4 and really loved it for 3 years. Then the LG G5 is comparable although not quite it. I get annoyed at times but maybe i just need more time to familiar with it. I am having the most trouble hearing conversations clearly and don't know what I can do about it. Overall it's a pretty good phone

After waiting 3 weeks for delivery it was clear after only and hour it was going to be returned. It was concluded that the hard drive was defective after it was stuck in a loop of turning off and on repeatedly without stopping until I shut it off manually. We spent an hour with a very nice tech department who were very apologetic. We reloaded Windows but nothing changed. I ended up buying a Dell with the same specs. it is a very stable machine
