My tv will not turn on or off with the remote. As I had purchased a 5 year extended warranty I called the geek squad. After 6 weeks of repeatedly calling them I have been told no one is going to come out to service it as I live 50 miles from their store and that they advise me to contact the manufacturer direct. Not what they told me when they sold me the extended warranty! Anyway that warranty is expired. I have talked to no less than 5 different people with the same result. They took my money and refuse to service my product! If you live in a rural area do not purchase a warranty from Best Buy! Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
