Good Product, Poor Customer Service

My steam mop had a defective pad. I contacted Bissell CS via email for a replacement. The first response was a canned paragraph on how to order parts. When I replied and asked them to actually read my email, they responded as if I was lying and trying to take advantage of their company! I was asked to send pictures for their management to see or they could do nothing. When I did so (to prove I wasn't lying I guess), I received a new pad; however, no response for the poor treatment. The product is fine but I will probably look elsewhere next time for a company whose CS actually works with and values its customers.
