what is the difference between core i5 and a core i7?
The i7 will be slightly faster at doing many things at once and running certain programs. I wouldn't expect anything crazy from them either way since they are micro processors (really small ones). Most of the times the difference won't be too noticable.

I bought this item, and it isn't working on my laptop.
When I try to charge my Lenovo it only charges for a second before it stops, and this repeats every 6-10 seconds of use. I need to use this laptop for school, I need to talk to my family and write papers. I am transferring 220 to 110 and it works with my phone and other electronics I have.
Same thing happened to me. I tried converting from US voltage to UK voltage and it would only charge for a second every 6-10 seconds of being plugged in. I ended up turning the converter off and it worked perfectly fine afterwards.
