I can't count the number of desk top printers I've had in the past 10 ten years. The last one, HP 8610, stopped working after a few years and apparently the part that was defective cost more than a new one (surprise) so I went ahead and picked this one based on on-line reviews. So far, it has worked flawlessly. One feature I particulary like is the ability to scan a document and send it directly to my computer through our wireless inhouse network.

What is the size and wt of this camera. Is it a small compact that will fit in purse or large pocket?
It will easily fit in a woman's purse. It is a bit heavy compared to some of the expensive models but I think that means it's very well-built
