I got this as a glorified pedometer more as a motivational tool than anything else. It's great for tracking steps and stair climbing and distance. I like that you can track your sleep patterns as well. The interaction with the website is cool too. I wish you didn't have to figure in your basal metabolic rate when figuring your calorie burn but once you get used to that it's no big thing. My only regret is that it doesn't track my movements as well when I'm lifting or doing a lot of seated yoga poses. They have a new Fitbit that you can wear on your wrist; that will be my next purchase.

What's not so great: isn't great for tracking movements that are not leg-centric, such as working out with weights

I purchased this modem/router and since I've watched movies on Netflix and iTunes and I have had multiple people on the system at the same time without issue. This product gives you the option of setting up to 4 different wifi categories so I have my main entry that I use and I set up a guest one for when family and friends want to access the internet.
