It's amazing how a night djing with pro equipment can come down to a wire making the night. I have the "equipment provided" items. But I find them to feel a little on the flimsy side. This unit does keep a tight connection on both ends and fluid link between devices.

Noticed a tv I was installing previously had multiple brown extensions connected for their home entertainment setup. So for Christmas I add new TV sound bar and cable unit. With all the 4K tvs on sale. The 1080p bracket is over looked. And the high end 1080p tvs are going for great deals. Hence this one. Bought for my Inlaws. Replacing a burnt out plasma. They love it. I had to do some fine tuning for their room. But works nicely with the sound bar and cable remote.
No 5 stars due to initial setup needs some fine running to screen. Lg and Samsung units purchase didn't require as much in depth detail. But for the price it works well

Slim vs Goflex Slim
Hi there, can anyone please let me know if this model is the same as goflex slim. If not, what's the difference? Thanks so much.
I believe the "go flex" has a removable connection hub... The "slim" is all one housing with a built in USB 3.0. This giving the option of the "go flex" to interchange from USB, thunderbolt, or FireWire. But these extra connections are adapters available for purchase.
