Over the years I have found Epson printers to be very reliable and great on conserving ink usage. This printer is no exception! I found it easy to set up right out of the box, and to operate all functions. This is a great all in one printer. One of the side notes that drew me to this specific printer is that it has a paper tray, not just a slot to slide "a few sheets" into. Highly Recommend!!

Canon makes excellent products & this is no exception! Works well to record both videos and take pics. Auto modes available for those who are beginners, and lots of customizable options for those who are so inclined. Battery life is good, although I purchased 2 additional batteries and charger for extra capacity. Very ergonomic and light to carry around. There were no more @ any Best Buy's near me, so I had to wait for it to be shipped from the D/C. Overall good experience.

A Good Buy for the Money

I bought 2 of these initially. Within a week, I had problems with one. Returned it to Best Buy and it was cheerfully exchanged. I purchased the extended warranty on them. Within about 2 months, the replaced one also abruptly stopped working for no apparent reason. I took it into the Geek Squad for service. It was returned to Lenovo who decided not to fix it. My purchase price and Service Contract were refunded to me in full. The other one continues to cruise along without difficulty so far (knock on wood!!). Both were used carefully and only by adults. I bought because of the Lenovo name and reputation. I realize they're not top of the line, but the graphics, sound and processor are very good for the price point. Really not sure what to think about why I had problems with 2 of the 3, but I'd not hesitate to buy one again.

I bought this laptop charging unit because my OEM unit failed. The plug where it attached to the unit no longer made a connection. I bought this replacement unit because it was resonably priced and seemed of good quality. I've purchased Insignia products before and found them to be a good value. I got this charger home and although there were a number of tips in the package, none would fit my computer. I followed the instructions online to find the correct tip, ordered it online, and received.it quickly several days later for free. The charger works great and I highly recommend it.

Headphone Jack Bad X 2
Is anyone else having trouble with the headset jack on this model? I have tried 3 different headphones. No sound, except occasional scratchiness if I move the plug around. Took tablet # 1 (which was kit kat) back and exchanged it. Tablet #2 (lolllipop) has exact same problem. Very frustrated!
I've had 2 of these tablets. No issues with the tablet jacks so far. I just had to replace headphones that went belly up because of the placement of the jack port on the top. Too much stress on the cord I think. Kind of bummed! They were my favorite headphones. Hope I can find another pair!
