It works as a doorbell. I spent about 2 hours fiddling with it and still havent gotten it to work yet. It keeps saying that it's too far away from the Wi-fi, but I am getting 3 of5 bars on my phone sitting right next to it. I have reset it to factory settings and started over several times still without any luck. This thing has great promise to be what it is, but it still does not work as designed.

This is by far the best alarm panel installation I have had ever! It works right out of the box without having to do any complex pairing or programming. The USB stick that comes with it allowed me to do all the programming from my laptop as I setup the devices around the house. Once I was done, it loaded the programming onto the usb key, then I just stick it into the home base. It automatically downloaded and presto, I was up and running. This is so simple anyone having a massive blonde moment could still figure it out.

how well will this work with a 65" flat screen lcd tv?
Yes. I use this for my 55" LED TV and it works great!

I still want to keep 2 monitors and 2 computers just want one mouse and one keyboard will this work if I just don't hook up the monitor parts?
Yes! I use this on my mac mini and my windows laptop. It works great. No need to use the monitor connection.
