Great starter bundle, online store shines

I sold my Playstation 3 a year or so ago since it had been collecting a lot of dust, but I've recently felt the itch to play games again.
This bundle/price point won me over. It included a digital download of Call of Duty Modern Warfare so I could relive my days of playing on the PS3 as well as Call of Duty Infinite Warfare for more first-person shooter action. While it's obvious that the graphics and general horsepower of the PS4 is impressive, it's online store is where the device really shines.
I may be late to the game on digital downloads of games, but I was really pleased with being able to download full games and install them on the system. Big blockbuster games like GTA V and indie game like Inside can be installed and played with a download.
Favorite features: The new DualShock 4 controller looks similar it's predecessor, but it's so much better ergonomically. Another one of my other favorite features of the PS4 is it's ability to do Remote Play on my Mac. Lastly, the ability to buy/download games to the system remotely from my iPhone is awesome.
The downsides of the PS4 are a wonky interface with a lot of built in apps that I'm not sure I will ever use. Further, being stuck in Apple's ecosystem of iTunes Movies/Apple TV, it's unlikely I'll really use the PS4's other services beyond Amazon Prime Video.

Looks can be deceiving, huge improvement over DS3

While the DualShock 4 looks strikingly similar to it's predecessor, it's a huge improvement. The controller has a nice solid weight to it and feels better in the hands. The analog sticks are much more responsive especially for L3/R3 functions. Additionally, the new options/share features allow quicker access to game/PS4 functions. Another great feature is it's simply Bluetooth pairing methods if you want to use the controller on a PC/Mac for emulators or Steam games.

I've used these carrying cases for several years and am impressed with their longevity. They provide a nice sturdy shell of protection from the hassles of travel/being mobile. I highly recommend it to anyone who is a road warrior and wants to protect their portable drives. The only drawback is that the built in pouch for the USB cord, would have preferred an elastic band over the little cloth sheet.

The refreshed look of the new Passport drive is great, but the price is even better. I purchased this drive as a mobile Time Machine Back Up to my MacBook Pro. I also partitioned the drive to allow me to download/share files. It's a great value for the storage and is obviously very portable. I would suggest purchasing with a carrying case, especially if you're mobile.

Bought this antenna for my mother who was cutting the cord on cable and upgrading her living room to the HD era. The design is nice and out of the way. The reception is great and picture quality is superb. The Leaf gives you some options on hanging via tacks or Velcro stickers. Additionally, given this is the amplified version, there are options there too. Specifically the addition of USB allows you to connect the antenna to the tv's USB port to power the antenna.

Great upgrade, set up still a pain

I bought this Apple TV for my mother who was looking to cut the cord on cable and head into the HD era. As the product goes, Apple really made some strides in updating the Apple TV. The new Siri Remote is fabulous as you can use your voice to search and the remote is IR/Bluetooth so you can turn on and adjust volume on your actual tv. The new interface is easy to use and navigate and the App Store is a game changer for adding additional content like apps and games to your Apple TV.
The downsides are mostly in the setup. Now Apple has taken some big steps to make set up easier like pairing remotes, phones, and getting on a network. However, typing on this can be a challenge as well as logging into apps with a cable subscription. Apple has announced single sign on for the Apple TV but it is limited to only a few services and it didn't exist at the time I set up this Apple TV. The big thing is that it's better than it was with the previous generation, but it needs to get better and it will.
Overall, great update especially for the cord cutters. Apps like Netflix, HBO Now, and Hulu make it easy to dump cable.

Built specifically for the new Apple TV, the Siri Remote puts you in complete control. With Siri, simply use your voice to find what you want to watch. You can also use your finger on the Touch surface to interact with the new Apple TV. Swipe left or right. Up or down. You have all-new ways to navigate the new Apple TV quickly and easily. However, Apple TV can only connect to one remote at a time. If you wish to play multiple player games, you'll need an iOS device or controller.

Bought this remote to replace the one that broke took a spill on the floor (the original still works, but glass surface was cracked). Siri really is a welcome addition allowing you to speak to type as well as search for items on the Apple TV. The great thing about the remote is that it's Bluetooth and also uses IR so it can turn on your tv and adjust volume rather than having to switch through multiple remote controls. The one downside is that this remote can disappear quickly between couch cushions and pillows.
