Why are the rotating brushes that scrub the carpet so soft? I was at the store today and I looked at some other brands and they had the traditional roller type brushes that were much stiffer. It seems like stiffer would force itself deeper into the carpet

Do i need put spacers when mounting my samsung un60f7100 TV? The TV has a flat back but has a 1/2 inch indent where you tighten the scews for the rails/ arms. Thanks

Does this item mean I don't need to rent or buy a modem from the cable co. that is going to provide me with internet service?
Yes. Just send back the cable company's box back. You will have to call them and give them the MAC address
