The installation/set-up crew arrived as scheduled, and within 10-15 minutes had our new oven installed, and the old unit hauled away. The crew demonstrated the new oven's features, provided recommendations for "break-in" and cleaning. Very efficient, and professional in all respects.

This range cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing range.

Our old oven quit the day we were expecting company. Visits to several appliance dealers left us wondering if we'd ever find the features we wanted at a price we could afford. We stopped at the nearest Best Buy, talked with one of the sales staff, and when we didn't find what we wanted on display, he suggested we check BestBuy.com as the website had a larger selection than stores could accommodate. Within a few minutes we found the oven we wanted, and at a price we could afford. Delivery, and set-up was free, and best of all everything could happen by the end of the week. Delivery was on-time, and the installers were careful to clean-up after themselves in the kitchen, and at the curb. The new oven has been fantastic. Lots of features for the oven, and cook top including being able to select the size burner needed. Another great product from Whirlpool, and from the same store we shop for cell phones, tablets, and laptops!
