I was very impressed by these headphones. The most impressive aspect is the easy of use.
1. The case the headphones are stored in acts as a charger for the headphones, almost like a portable charger. When the headphones are inside of the case, they charge quickly. I only have to plug the case in 1-2 times per week, at the most (depends on how much the headphones are used).
2. When opening the headphones, they immediately paired with my iPhone. I did not have to go into the Bluetooth center to try and connect It was almost immediate. It is worth emphasizing how easily these paired.
3. In order to make sure that you know the headphones are paired, you hear a sound when the headphones are placed in your ear, letting you know that your iPhone recognizes the headphones are ready for play.
4. If you are playing music, for example, and remove one of the headphones, the music pauses itself until you replace the removed headphone. You can manually play from the phone with one bud out.
5. The functionality outside of the simple listening use is impressive. Answering calls, using Siri, etc. I was impressed how well Siri and the individual(s) on the other end of the phone could hear me.
I have yet to put the headphones through a workout, as I have specific headphones for that purpose. But simply walking around, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the headphones stayed firmly inside of my ear. If you are expecting extremely high quality sound, these may not be the headphones for you. However, from a functionality standpoint, and with the very decent sound the headphones deliver, these are worth of a 5 star review. Enjoy!

Great brand--just not the best model!

Let me start off. This brand is fantastic. I have an enclosed case on my phone.
This model in particular I chose because it was on sale. It is my fault that I did not look closely enough at the description and photos. Regardless, there are problems with this item. The item is a band and it only goes around your phone. It does not enclose. The band does have a tighter grip around the phone. It would not likely just come off unless one decided to remove it. That being said, the buttons and areas of the band around the buttons were my primary issue. It was possible to press the area around the button, not even the button itself, and you are causing the phone to unintentionally turn on/off, decrease/increase volume, etc. While I thought I could control how I held the case and my device, it became problematic enough that I returned it.
To end, I would give the case itself a 1 star, but the brand earns itself a 3 star rating.

Great case. Love the many different functions if offers as far as the stand and overall flexibility and functionality of the case. As far as durability, I am very careful about not dropping my iPad. So I cannot give any true credence as to the endurance of the device if dropped. However, based on previous cases, this case definitely feels sturdy and protective in my hands. I am confident, if dropped, the case would completely protect my iPad.

My IPad will not charge when it is in open position in the Zagg case. Why not?
Definitely a great question. Based on what I have read in the product description and the photos of the product on Best Buy and Zagg websites, I cannot see a reason why it would not be charging. Although that doesn't answer your question about the problem, my solution is to consult your Best Buy representative at your local store. Hard to say why that issue may be happening. Could simply be a setting in the iPad or it would be a problem that requires more research.
