I'm using this to send the audio from my bedroom TV to a bluetooth speaker in my bathroom so I can listen to the morning news while I get ready in the morning. It's mostly been working really well though I had a little time where the audio was breaking up a bit, thus the 4 stars instead of 5. It also flashes continuously which is fine during the day but annoying at night. I had to cover up the light on it. Overall though, it's doing what it's supposed to be doing.

The Geek squad programmed this remote for me so I can't speak to the ease or difficulty of setup. I bought this remote because my components are in a cabinet behind closed doors. It works well through the doors. The problem with it is that when you skip back and forth or rewind/ fast forward, quite often the audio can't keep up and you lose sound for a few seconds (maybe as long as 30 seconds?). This is really annoying. So it works but has it's issues.

I upgraded our receiver and DVD player and bought a new Harmony remote. My electronics cabinet was a disaster (Geek Squad had connected everything previously but had not done a great job). This time, the "agent" was awesome - set everything up neatly, just as I'd have done it myself, and showed me how to use the newly programmed remote. They even left and came back to give me time to get a couple of cables I was missing. (I ordered them from Prime Now for a fraction of what I'd have paid for them from the Geek Squad/Best Buy, so I had to wait a couple of hours for them to be delivered.) I couldn't believe he was willing to come back to finish the job without charging me extra! Very pleased with the job done and customer service!
