A grossly underrated horror gem from 2008; this film is ahead of it's time. Now that micro budget, high concept horror films rule the cinema, 'The Ruins' came out just before the craze began. Any fan of slow-burn, dread drenched horror will find themselves shivering.

Classic Made Whole

I don't think there is much to be said about Robocop, it's a classic that will always stand the test of time.
The big reason to get this, well one of two. First is the slew of solid extras of behind the scenes material and commentary. Second and most important is that the excised material (roughly about one minute) that was removed to achieve the R rating has been restored to the film. The story doesn't alter but the violence is taken to the over-the-top extreme where it blends into more dark comedy.
A must have for any completionist.

An intriguing premise for a werewolf film, 'Battledogs' is effectively uses the zombie genre tropes and replaces the shambling corpses with werewolves.
It's otherwise above average SyFy fare, while it won't rock your world and probably forgettable a few hours later; it's not a waste of 90minutes.
