Bought my Mophie to augment my many hours running a business with my Iphone. Opened it up, plugged it in, slid my phone in and away I went. Plugged the oem charger into the bottom of it at night to charge, woke up the next morning and my phone was dead. Mophie was charged, but did not charge the phone over night. Thought I did some thing wrong so I tried it again the next night, same deal. Now I charge the phone and Mophie separately, put the phone in and run that way. It will re-charge the phone on the go but is a pain in the backside to have to remove the case each night. This unit may be defective, but I can not keep running to Best Buy every day.

I originally bought the 5200 series which was $40.00 more. Took it back as there was static on my end. Got another one, thinking it was defective, took it back due to same issue. Bought this one,haven't had a problem. Sound quality is great, volume is great, and I can go 33' away before it looses connection with the phone. Gives you the option to voice answer with out touching the headset. Great product and cheaper than the higher end ones.

Works like a champ to protect the screen. I give Zagg a 12 out of 10 on that but try to write using the... s-ludge pen? Horrible with the ever important S pen. That's why we bought the note and not the tab S. Look on line and find a company that produces GLASS for the note 10.1. They are out there. The s-pen left lines in the shield. I have the Zagg glass for my Sammy note 4 and it works great! I would buy the Zagg glass for the note 10.1 2014 if it were out there.

As usual, Samsung has provided the best phone on the market. I love the phone. The S5 is a giant leap over my wives S3, but not that much over the S4 that rode in my carry case. Finger print scanner works well with people that are not in the construction trades, but would not work on my worn out mitts. As a smart phone, it is the best that I have ever used or experienced, and believe me, I researched all of the phones on the market before I bought the S5. Still would like to see some metal in the phone instead of the plastic and something revolutionary out of Samsung! Love it though.

Does Best Buy match Amazon price for this unit?
They do IF Amazon has it in stock at that moment. I tried as Amazon was $99.00 at that time and BB was $199.00 but it was out of stock at Amazon so BB would not price match.
